All complaints regarding Unstitched clothing will be addressed within 7 business days of receiving the clothes. Complaints received after seven days will not be considered. Orders paid for using a credit card or bank transfer can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placement.

After submitting a question, the Quality department of the company will investigate the situation and respond immediately.
