All complaints regarding unstitched clothing will be addressed within 7 business days of receiving the clothes. Complaints received after seven days will not be considered. Orders paid for using a credit card or bank transfer can only be adjusted in the next order no refunds will be provided on cancelations.
If you find the product to be defective in terms of its quality or the service performed, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After submitting a question, the Quality department of the company will investigate the situation and respond immediately. In the event of a significant defect, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases after examining the product.
In addition, customized or discounted orders are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback.
